Do I need to train Jiu Jitsu to benefit from the practice?

No. This practice can benefit EVERYONE. It is geared toward athletes in general. It will improve your coordination, stamina, and overall athleticism.

I've never practiced yoga before. Can I do this practice without any prior experience?

Yes, no prior yoga experience is required.

What do I need to bring to class?

No yoga mat necessary, the classes are performed on a jiu jitsu mat. You are welcome to bring your own props or straps if desired.
